Question 1

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and any difference is prorated.

Question 2

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. If you're over a lower plan's limits, you'll just need to trim back before adding anything new, and features like Messages or Memories become read-only until you upgrade again.

Question 3

Is the 14-day trial really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no card required to start. You'll only be asked to add payment details if you choose to continue on Plus after the trial.

Question 4

Do storage add-ons work on any plan?

Accepted Answer

Add-ons stack on top of your plan's base storage allowance, so you can extend Free, Plus, or Family without moving to the next tier.

Question 5

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing is available on Plus and Family from your account's billing settings, and works out cheaper than paying month to month. Exact current rates are shown at checkout before you commit to anything.

Question 6

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there's no minimum term or lock-in contract on any plan. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Question 7

Why is Free limited to 10 documents, isn't that quite low?

Accepted Answer

Free is designed to be a genuinely usable starting point, room for a Will, Power of Attorney, insurance, and a handful of essentials, not a crippled demo. Most people who need more know it quickly, and Plus removes that ceiling entirely.

Question 8

Do you offer a discount for solicitors, advisers, or charities?

Accepted Answer

We're building out partner and B2B2C pricing for advisers and solicitors who want to offer Kistkeep to clients. Get in touch via the Help Center if that's you.

Question 9

What is the Lifetime plan?

Accepted Answer

A single, one-off payment instead of a subscription, everything Plus includes, for as long as your account exists. No recurring charge, ever. It's currently available at an introductory price, which can end at any time.
